The Process
(what to expect)
Inquiry + Booking
Once I receive your initial inquiry, I’ll reach out to you to say hello and schedule a phone call (let’s meet for coffee if you’re close). We’ll discuss your details and talk about pricing and options. Once you’re officially official, we’ll start talking about your complimentary engagement shoot, timelines, and all of the fun stuff!
Engagement Session
Let the fun begin! If you’ve chose a package that includes an engagement session, or you decide to add one on, we’ll work together to choose a location and then spend an hour or so together shooting your engagement portraits for announcement cards, social media sharing, or a giant signing matte at your wedding. This should be seen as a date out for you both, a chance to kick back and relax and spend some time in front of the camera with zero stress.
Final Video Call
A few weeks before the wedding, I’ll schedule a video call with you so we can go over any last minute questions and timelines again. The goal is for you to feel ready and in charge of your wedding day!
Wedding Day!
It’s finally your wedding day! My goal for this day is to make it as easy, fun, and stress-free as I can, all while capturing your beautiful wedding and all of the details and moments that matter most.
Gallery Delivery
You can expect to receive your finished gallery approximately three weeks following your wedding day. Your custom displayed online gallery is where you are able to download, share, and print all of the high-resolution digital files. You will also have an easy-to-use mobile app so that you can keep your photos with you wherever you are.
Album and wall art Design
If you’ve chosen a package that includes a wedding album, or you decide to order one separately, we’ll get back together after you receive your digital gallery and begin designing your custom, hand-crafted Italian wedding album. We’ll work together to create beautifully designed spreads, choose cover options, and finalize details for your album before it’s crafted and shipped. We’ll also go over options for wall art and prints when we meet.
